It has come from the kitchen of Prahlad Hegde, the head chef from London curry house Bombay Brasserie. Prahlad believes that there are still many people who are willing to shell out the extra buck to pamper their taste buds.
The curry is named as "Samundari Khazana" meaning "Treasure from the sea". Most of the other websites have dubbed it wrongly as "Seafood Treasure". Priced at 2000 pounds, this curry is the world's most expensive curry. This contains the most expensive ingredients available which makes it the expensive dish. Devon crab, white truffle, half tomato filled with beluga caviar and dressed with gold leaf, a Scottish Lobster also coated with gold, four abalone, four shelled and hollowed quails' eggs filled with even more caviar are the stuff that made up this dish. Everything in this dish is edible.
