Why should we blog???

Why should anyone blog? Is blogging a fashion, is this a trend, is blogging done just to impress your girlfriend or to make others around you look stupid. None of the above is my answer. Why I started blogging? I clearly don't remember but I surely can say that it was my evergrowing curiosity to know what's new. This curiosity of mine has pushed me, rather dragged me into this trade.

Firstly, it was like a hobby for me to write some stupid things in my blog, then entered the new softwares that I used. I even blogged about politics, sports and stuff like that. But in the initial days, I did not take it seriously. But once my audience increased I started blogging on different issues and most of the time the words in the blog came from my heart rather than my mind. But I never thought this to be a fashion, trend or something like that. That's the main reason that I did not tell to anyone about my blog unless asked by them. A very few people know about my blog till date. But let me tell you, who ever knew my blog, they know one thing that there is no unrelevant hatred, questionable voilence, unreasonable use of filthy language.

But these days when I visit some blogs, they are either solely maintained for money or just as a fashion statement. I rarely find genuine blogs except for a few, where the blogger keeps his heart out when he writes something and you can very rarely find an objection in the blogs. But actually why should we blog?

Blogging brings out the inner self in you. You might want to show your anger on some issue, you might want to write what you like about a movie, or you might want to show your feelings on some issue but can't say that publicly. Here is a solution, the blogs help you vent out your anger, spread your love and show your feelings to the entire world. One final word, blog more not to hog the limelight but to flag off your inner feelings and race towards the eternal truth "Living Life King-Size"...

Which fat foods should you avoid???

Which foods should we consider fat rich foods? Have a doubt ask me. In general, a food that is high in total fat will have 13g or 20% daily value of fat per serving or more. Here is a listing of high-fat foods which should avoid or stay away from them or atleast try to have them in moderation::

* Chocolate candies
* Trail mix(especially varieties containing chocolate chips)
* Cheese sauce
* Ricotta cheese
* Chicken pot pie
* Pie
* Condensed milk(sweetened)
* Homemade white sauce
* Ribs
* Macadamia nuts, pecans and cashews
* Potato salad
* Hash browns
* cheesecake
* Spinach souffle
* Baked beans with franks

Beef, pork, lamb, turkey and chicken are also considered to be fat rich products but the fat content can be reduced by trimming off visible fat before cooking and serving them. Serving them broiled, grilled, boiled or roasted instead of deep frying can also be helpful in stopping some fat content.

Design your t-shirt your way...

Wanna design your own tshirts and get them shipped, here are two links where you can design your own tshirts and then you can get them shipped to you with free shipping or at a very low price. I have been following these guys from a long time and they are doing pretty good work as well. I was amazed at the designs they are providing for their customers and the designs that common people provide for their tshirts.

CustomInk.com is one such site which is started by a group of classmates after one year of their graduation. In this site you can pick the colour and size of the tshirt that you wanna buy and then you can add your text or art from the catalogue they provided. They have around 20000+ clip arts from which you can choose and then you can order one tshirt for yourself. If you are organizing a party then you can order a lot and get discounts as well. Above all they provide you free shipping within certain region.

Inkfruit.com is another such site from India and here you are free to design your shirts by submitting your designs and then ordering your tshirts. The prices are very nominal but they also include the shipping cost so beware. But they can be really trusted as they carry on a lot of purchases regularly and very few complaints are recieved. As you know nothing comes free, you need to spend a few bucks to get your hands on your personally designed tshirts...

Butter chicken recipe...

Butter chicken is one of my favorite recipes and I cook it very very frequently. I always thought that it was very difficult to prepare butter chicken. But once I came to know the recipe, it is just like a clap of hand. You too will feel the same once you go through this recipe of butter chicken. Remember to serve it hot, because colder chicken never tastes good.

Ingredients::

3 tablespoons of butter
1 Onion
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
2 teaspoons crushed ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 tablespoon of cariander
400gms skinless, boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup ground almonds
225 gms peeled tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 cup unsweetened yoghurt

Preparation::

* Trim and cut the chicken into small cubes.
* Slice the onions into thin wedges, just like long thin slices.
* Heat a large fry pan and melt 3 tablespoons of butter until it is foamy.
* Add the onions and cinnamon to the pan and fry lightly.
* When the onions are soft stir in the crushed garlic and ginger.
* Add the turmeric, chilli and coriander and stir over a medium heat.
* Add the cubed chicken and keep stirring constantly until the chicken has turned white.
* Pour in the ground almonds, tomatoes and tomato paste and mix thoroughly.
* Cover and simmer for 20 To 30 minutes.
* Add the yoghurt and heat through.

Or you can just try one more thing. while you are cooking the regular chicken, just add some tomato paste and a quarter pack of Butter chicken masala from any famous brand. You will have the color as well.

Alexa ranking for this site...

Alexa gave a starter ranking to this blog as "8,168,511". This I believe is one among the lowest ranked sites on the world wide web. I will try my level best to increase the rank to under 1,000,000 in the coming days. As most of you are aware Alexa ranks the websites on the basis of pageviews, content and lot other stuff...

There are lot other sites with better ranking but with not much content. Hope with the content that I am providing and the hits that I am getting, I guess the day is not far away when this site will be among the top one million sites. Me with the help of the site owner Jhanu, secret contributor Miami friend and with all my readers support will reach the topspot in no time and I strongly believe in this. Here you can check out for yourself the rankings for this site and how the trends are changing...
