Dell has entered into the mobile market in China with a rather sluggishly made mobile with the least interesting features, with the new Mobile Mini3i. It does have a 3.5 inch touchscreen and a Micros SD card slot. But the whole thing has become a mess with the lack of Wi-Fi and 3G network capability.
I don't know if the Chinese will be content with this model or not but if released in US it will become a trash by the first weekend itself. This Mini3i runs the android based open mobile system(OMS). The touch screen has a resolution of 360 * 640 and it sports a 3.2 MP camera along with an LED light.
