A recent study in US indicated a strange phenomenon which makes common people to shiver with disbelief. Out of the total currency notes that were tested 90% of them contained traces of cocaine, food, drugs, germs,etc. I was like how come this is happening. I was really astonished at the results. Since the cash is being given and taken every moment, there is a high chance of it getting contaminated but why drugs are involved.
The drugs as the research states binds to the green dye in the money. There is a lot of dealing done with cash in the drug world and hence obviously the cash is contaminated. Next time when you are trying to lick-out the currency notes, think again.
