Foxytunes is a small little addon that works both with IE and firefox. It just sits there silently and automatically syncs with the media player that is presently active and shows up what content is playing around. That means you don't always need to go to the media player window to see what's the song that is being played or you dont need to go back to the player everytime to skip a song or to skip forward and backward.
Foxytunes does all that stuff for you. You can simply play/pause, skip forward or go back directly from the small tab bar that sits in your browser.
