After the launch of World's cheapest car, it's now the turn of the computers world from India. They have launched the world's cheapest laptop. Ever imagined that you can buy a laptop for Rs.13, 990.Yes you can now. HCL launches the MiLeap brand laptop with Windows Xp Home operating system.
This is like a boon to many students in India who mostly hail from middle class or upper middle class families and cannot afford to buy the laptops available in market. The value of laptop is low because the operating system was modified to suit the needs of MiLeap portable laptops said the Microsoft Chief Operating officer Kevin Turner. This alteration is made exclusively for Indian customers.
